Senior Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Senior Marketing leader to build the marketing function from the ground up . This is a true zero-to-one role: you will define the strategy, create the foundation, launch the first programs, and scale what works.

You will own everything from positioning and messaging to demand generation, PR, content, and go-to-market execution, turning an early-stage vision into a structured, revenue-driving marketing engine.

This role is ideal for someone who is both strategic and hands-on , comfortable operating without playbooks, and excited to create systems, processes, and impact from day one.


Key Responsibilities


  • Define the overall marketing strategy aligned with business and revenue goals
  • Establish positioning, messaging, and value propositions from scratch
  • Build the initial marketing roadmap, priorities, and KPIs
  • Select and implement core marketing tools, processes, and reporting
  • Create the company’s brand story and market narrative
  • Own PR, thought leadership, and external communications
  • Ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints (website, sales, content, media)
  • Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling customer value
  • Develop core assets: website messaging, pitch decks, case studies, sales enablement
  • Lead product launches and feature announcements


Qualifications

  • 7–10+ years of B2B marketing experience, including building functions or programs from scratch
  • Strong experience in early-stage, high-growth, or transformation environments
  • Proven ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
  • Excellent storytelling, positioning, and communication skills
  • Data-driven mindset with comfort operating amid ambiguity


Nice to Have

  • Experience in SaaS, tech, MarTech, PR tech, or B2B platforms
  • Startup or scale-up background
  • Experience being the first or one of the first marketers
  • Agency experience (PR, brand, or growth)
