About the Role

We are hiring a highly experienced Etsy Brand Manager with minimum 5+ years of proven Etsy experience, who can own the brand, drive sales, and scale the store professionally.

This is NOT a learning role.
This role is strictly for someone who already knows how to make sales on Etsy, understands buyer psychology of USA & Canada markets, and can manage everything from listing to PPC to scaling strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Full Etsy Store Management
• High-converting listing creation & optimization
• SEO-focused titles, tags & descriptions
• Conversion-based content writing
• Etsy SEO & Algorithm optimization
• Product research & competitor analysis
• Planning, running & scaling Etsy PPC Ads
• ROAS-focused strategy
• Budget control & optimization
• Increasing CTR, Conversion Rate & Organic Rankings
• Market strategy for USA & Canada customers
• Brand growth planning & execution
• Weekly performance analysis & reporting

Required Experience & Skills

• Minimum 5+ years of hands-on Etsy experience (Mandatory)
• Proven history of successful Etsy sales
• Strong command of Etsy SEO & ranking factors
• Expert-level knowledge of Etsy Ads (PPC)
• Excellent English communication & copywriting skills
• Deep understanding of USA & Canada eCommerce markets
• Ability to work independently, responsibly & professionally
• Experience in Fashion / Apparel / Leather products is a strong advantage
