About the Role

We are seeking an experienced E-commerce SEO Specialist with proven expertise in optimizing online stores for USA-based markets, particularly in the vaping and vape products niche. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of US consumer search behavior, e-commerce platforms, and strategies that drive organic growth in competitive American markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement SEO strategies specifically for USA-based e-commerce clients in the vaping industry
• Conduct keyword research targeting US vaping consumer search patterns and buying intent
• Optimize product pages for vape devices, e-liquids, and accessories for US search engines
• Navigate and comply with advertising restrictions and SEO challenges in the vaping niche
• Perform technical SEO audits for e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, BigCommerce)
• Implement on-page optimization including meta tags, product descriptions, and schema markup
• Monitor and analyze US vaping market competitors and identify opportunities
• Track rankings, organic traffic, and conversion metrics using Google Analytics and Search Console
• Stay updated on Google algorithm changes and compliance requirements affecting vaping e-commerce sites
• Manage local SEO for US-based vape shops with physical locations
• Collaborate with content teams to create SEO-optimized product content for US vaping audiences

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of SEO experience focused on e-commerce websites
• Proven experience with USA-based e-commerce clients
• Experience with vaping/vape products or regulated industries (highly preferred)
• Deep understanding of US market search behavior and consumer trends
• Strong knowledge of e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento)
• Expertise in SEO tools: Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush
• Technical SEO skills: site speed, Core Web Vitals, mobile optimization, schema markup
• Knowledge of conversion rate optimization (CRO) for e-commerce
• Knowledge of vaping industry regulations and US advertising restrictions
• Excellent English communication skills
• Ability to work US hours or overlap with US time zones
• Familiarity with US compliance requirements (age verification, privacy regulations)

Work Requirements
