Role Summary

The Senior Marketing Manager will own the marketing plan, campaign strategy, and execution across digital, web, social, content, and demand generation channels. This role is accountable for messaging ownership, agency management, HubSpot-driven campaign execution, and performance optimization, ensuring marketing directly supports pipeline and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Own the annual and quarterly marketing plan, aligned to business priorities.
  • Lead end to end campaign planning and execution, from concept and messaging through rollout and optimization.
  • Ensure campaigns are integrated across web, social, content, and demand generation channels.
  • Own and drive HubSpot strategy and usage across campaigns, lead management, and reporting.
  • Partner with agency teams to optimize campaigns in real time and implement datadriven improvements.


Messaging & Content Leadership

  • Own campaign messaging and narrative consistency across all channels.
  • Develop and execute content strategies aligned with business goals and messaging narratives.
  • Manage asset creation timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.


Performance Tracking & Optimization

  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics: MQLs,CTR, conversion rates, engagement. Use performance data to guide optimization, decision making, and course correction.
  • Report on KPIs and recommend strategies to leadership.


Agency & Execution Governance

  • Lead and manage agency partners,setting clear goals, timelines and performance expectations.
  • Proactively identify and resolve risks, delays, or execution gaps.


Required Experience & Skills

  • 12–15 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, or services organizations.
  • Proven experience owning marketing plans, integrated campaigns, and demand generation programs, preferably in US market.
  • Strong expertise in HubSpot, including campaign management, workflows, nurturing, reportinga nd attribution.
  • Experience driving performance optimization using data and analytics.
  • Strong messaging, content, and narrative ownership capabilities.
  • Proven agency and crossfunctional stakeholder management experience.
  • Strategic mindset with a strong bias toward execution and outcomes.
  • Experience with design tools such as Canva, Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
