The Senior Marketing Manager owns the strategy and channel execution that drives new patient acquisition and provider reputation across EVP Eyecare’s multi-state footprint. This is the demand generation and brand stewardship role — patient-facing and market-facing — supporting all practices and brands across Colorado, Texas, and Arizona. Reporting to the SVP of Growth, success in this role is defined by consistent new patient volume growth across all markets, differentiated provider profiles that help patients find and choose the right provider, and new location or service line launches that hit volume targets within 90–120 days.
This position manages the Marketing Manager, partners closely with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager and Physician Relations leader and collaborates with regional operations and clinic teams. The Senior Marketing Manager is the connective tissue between brand strategy and field execution — ensuring campaigns hit at every stage of the funnel: awareness, engagement, qualified leads, and conversions. This role operates as both a strategic planner and hands-on executor, with real ownership over regional plan development and day-to-day campaign and marketing programs delivery.
Leadership & Strategic Planning

Partner with the SVP of Growth and regional operations leadership to develop marketing plans, campaigns, and tactics that meet EVP’s network of practice’s needs across Colorado, Texas, and Arizona.

Serve as EVP’s internal brand champion — the go-to resource for marketing guidance, direction, and consistent brand execution across the organization.

Directly manage and mentor the Marketing Manager, providing clear direction, ownership and project delegation, professional development, and performance accountability

Collaborate with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager to align strategy with technology, process, and performance tracking — with shared ownership of digital agency management, regional performance reporting, and digital marketing and experience, and reputation management.

Partner with the Physician Relations leader on referral network growth and physician engagement programs.
Regional Marketing Management

Act as the primary marketing point of contact and regional “account manager” for operations leaders, partnership development teams, and patient care staff across Colorado, Texas, and Arizona — owning marketing requests, stakeholder reporting, and program implementation.

Develop and execute multi-channel regional marketing strategies and plans — including direct-to-patient campaigns and support of referral network education programs — ensuring alignment with clinic-level capacity, service line priorities, and business goals.

Manage marketing agency and vendor relationships including media, content, PR and creative partners.

Lead marketing support for new clinic integrations, go to market launches, and provider onboarding and offboarding.

Campaign Development & Execution

Brief, manage, and optimize digital marketing agency partners in collaboration with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager — covering paid search, paid social, SEO/GEO, content, and creative.

Create and manage marketing briefs, content calendars, and collateral requests, coordinate delegation and deadlines across internal teams and partners.

Oversee patient acquisition funnels from first touch through booked appointment, optimizing conversion opportunities at every stage.

Support the implementation and adoption of marketing CRM and automation tools.

Lead online reputation strategy across Google, Healthgrades, and provider listing platforms — driving review response programs, provider profile accuracy, and patient feedback initiatives. (Note: reputation management platform administration and enterprise reporting are owned by the Senior Marketing Operations Manager; this role owns the strategy, response, and provider-level execution with the marketing manager)

Communicate new campaign launches and tracking processes consistently to regional call center and care coordinator teams.
Creative, Collateral & Vendor Management

Oversee creative and collateral systems including vendor selection and management — ensuring scalable, cost-effective production of marketing assets across all EVP brands

Manage digital patient experience and UX/UI initiatives in cross-collaborative ownership with the Senior Marketing Operations Manager

Manage Marketing Manager to execute all patient education materials, clinic collateral, and in-market materials, ensuring brand consistency and effective ordering and fulfillment processes.

Provide training and ongoing support on tools, platforms, and brand standards.

Support department-wide campaign rollouts, brand trainings, and process improvement initiatives.
Budget Management & Performance

Manage regional marketing budgets in collaboration with the SVP of Growth, allocating spend across channels and markets for maximum impact.

Own regional performance reporting and stakeholder account management — interpreting data from Marketing Ops dashboards and delivering monthly regional reports to leadership with clear KPIs, focus areas, and recommendations.

Apply a test-and-learn approach to campaign optimization — identifying what works, reallocating budget accordingly, and continuously improving results.
Required

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or comparable field

7+ years of in-house or agency marketing management experience, including direct team leadership.

Multi-site, multi-brand marketing management experience required.

Strong digital marketing expertise: paid search, paid social, SEO/GEO, content, email, and marketing automation — with hands-on agency management experience.

Healthcare marketing experience strongly preferred.

Budget management, vendor selection, and agency management experience required.

Proven analytics capabilities — comfortable translating campaign data and KPIs into actionable business insights and clear stakeholder communications

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; able to present clearly to leadership and operational partners.
