About the Role:

We are looking for a Senior Marketing Manager who can lead regional brand growth and performance marketing strategy across multiple business units. This is not just a campaign execution role; you will shape how the company is positioned in the market, define messaging architecture, and drive measurable commercial impact. You will work closely with leadership teams, sales, and product stakeholders to align marketing with business growth objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy Leadership: Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned with business growth targets across Kuwait and GCC markets.
Brand Positioning: Define and maintain consistent brand messaging across digital, corporate, and client-facing channels.
Performance Marketing Oversight: Lead demand generation campaigns, lead acquisition strategies, and ROI optimization across digital platforms.
Team Leadership: Manage and mentor marketing executives and coordinators, ensuring strong execution quality and professional development.
Market Research and Insights: Analyze market trends, competitor positioning, and customer behavior to guide strategic decisions.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with sales, operations, and senior leadership to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
What We Are Looking For:
Experience: 6+ years in marketing, brand management, or growth strategy, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership role.
Track Record: Proven success in driving measurable business growth through marketing initiatives in B2B or enterprise environments.
Strategic Thinking: Strong ability to translate business goals into actionable marketing strategies and campaigns.
Digital Expertise: Experience with performance marketing channels, CRM systems, and analytics tools.
Leadership Skills: Ability to manage teams, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, and drive accountability.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage for regional market engagement.
Mindset: Analytical, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-oriented environment.
Pay: KD1,350.000 - KD2,000.000 per month
