We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to elevate our brands and drive impactful growth through innovative and high-performing marketing strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to strengthen brand awareness and accelerate business growth.
• Lead and manage integrated online and offline campaigns to ensure a strong and consistent market presence.
• Oversee and optimize SEO, SEM, social media, and digital advertising to maximize engagement and conversion rates.
• Conceptualize and deliver innovative branding initiatives, activations, and promotional campaigns.
• Collaborate closely with mall management, suppliers, and internal teams to unlock strategic marketing opportunities.
• Manage and allocate marketing budgets effectively to ensure high ROI and cost-efficient campaigns.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights to keep the brand ahead of industry developments.
• Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using data-driven insights to continuously optimize results.
• Bring fresh, creative thinking and a proactive mindset to develop unique and impactful marketing approaches.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Marketing Manager within the beauty or luxury industry (mandatory).
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, paid media, and social platforms.
• Demonstrated ability to build and execute successful marketing strategies.
• Excellent budget management and analytical skills, with a strong focus on ROI.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• A genuine passion for beauty, branding, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
