As the Senior Marketing Manager for the Americas, you will lead the development and execution of regional marketing strategies to elevate Stokke’s brand awareness, desirability, and commercial performance—specifically for Stokke’s largest category: Eating (High Chairs).
You will leverage strong consumer and market insights to build integrated, high-impact campaigns and ensure flawless execution across all channels. This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, commercial understanding, and operational excellence. You will collaborate closely with global brand teams, sales, digital, and product functions to ensure consistent brand storytelling and alignment across the Americas region.
This position is based in the U.S. and reports to the Brand Marketing Director, Americas.
Manage and implement the Americas marketing strategy for the Feeding category in alignment with global brand positioning and regional commercial priorities.
Translate consumer insights into actionable strategies, activation plans, and product priorities.
Support product ranging and distribution decisions from a marketing perspective.
Partner with global product teams to bring the right products to market with the right messaging.
Develop and implement integrated marketing plans across all consumer touchpoints to drive brand equity, engagement, and conversion.
Lead 360° marketing campaigns, including new product launches, seasonal initiatives, and evergreen brand programs.
Ensure cohesive, consistent, and on-brand storytelling across all channels including digital, retail, social, PR, and trade.
Oversee development of local content and assets aligned with global creative standards.
Collaborate with Sales and Retail teams to support in-store and trade marketing strategies.
Track, measure, and analyze the effectiveness of marketing activities using KPIs such as ROI, awareness, traffic, and conversion.
Continuously evaluate market trends, competitive activity, and shifting consumer behaviors to inform planning and decision-making.
Optimize performance and budget allocation based on data insights, testing, and ongoing evaluation.
7–10 years of progressive marketing experience within premium consumer brands.
Proven success adapting and implementing global marketing strategies within a U.S. or Americas context.
Strong background in omnichannel marketing: retail/trade, in-store, digital, social media, PR, and advertising.
Demonstrated ability to work cross-functionally with Sales, E-Commerce, Product, and Operations teams.
Strong commercial acumen and strategic, data-driven mindset.
Advanced proficiency with Office 365 tools, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
Independent, proactive, collaborative, and aligned with Stokke’s purpose-driven culture.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferred.
