Role Overview

As the Senior Marketing Manager for AMAP Group and AMAP Auto Care, the role requires the candidate to lead the full 360-degree marketing function across multiple business units and brands. This role drives brand growth, market visibility, customer engagement, and strategic business development through a combination of conventional, digital, and performance-driven marketing initiatives in the UAE, Qatar, and Muscat.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Marketing Leadership

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies and annual marketing plans for all AMAP Group brands and AMAP Auto Care aligned with corporate and commercial objectives.
  • Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive media and public relations strategy for AMAP Group & AMAP Auto Care.
  • Collaborate closely with the Managing Director, Head of Marketing, and Sales Managers to define market penetration strategies for new and existing markets.
  • Oversee all marketing activities and ensure alignment with group-wide vision, priorities, and growth goals.

2. Brand Management & Campaign Execution

  • Maintain and enhance brand equity across all AMAP brands through consistent and impactful marketing initiatives.
  • Lead the development of marketing campaigns - concept, execution, and performance analysis.
  • Ensure all communications reflect brand guidelines and receive necessary management approvals.
  • Source advertising opportunities and manage placement of advertisements across relevant media channels.
  • Review, approve, and maintain accuracy of website content, marketing communication, and digital assets.

3. Digital & Conventional Marketing

  • Drive integrated digital marketing activities including SEO, SEM, social media, performance marketing, and online brand visibility.
  • Oversee conventional marketing initiatives such as retail branding, promotional materials, in-store visibility, and shopboard implementation.
  • Radio and Taxi advertising campaigns, along with other mass-media initiatives.

4. Content Creation & Creative Direction

  • Oversee end-to-end content creation for all brands, ensuring high-quality digital and offline content across campaigns, social media, websites, retail branding, and corporate communications.
  • Lead creative direction for photoshoots, videos, graphic design, storytelling, and product-focused content.
  • Ensure all content delivers consistent brand messaging, tone, and visual identity across all platforms.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, agencies, photographers, and designers to produce engaging and impactful creative assets.

5. PR, Media & Communications

  • Develop and distribute press releases, media notes, and corporate announcements in line with brand guidelines.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with media houses, PR agencies, influencers, and industry publications.

6. Budgeting, Analytics & ROI

  • Develop and manage the annual marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation and cost efficiency.
  • Present ROI analysis and performance reporting for all marketing activities.
  • Provide detailed justification for budget utilization and variance explanations.

7. Customer Relations & CRM

  • Oversee customer relationship strategies aimed at increasing satisfaction, retention, and loyalty.
  • Lead the development and continuous enhancement of the CRM to support targeted marketing and sales growth.
  • Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and oversee feedback analysis and reporting.

8. Events, Exhibitions & Engagement

  • Identify key global and regional exhibition opportunities and manage end-to-end participation.
  • Oversee the timely development, distribution, and presentation of promotional materials for events and exhibitions.
  • Arrange corporate meetings, community events, international customer visits, and global factory trips.

9. Team Leadership & Development

  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the Marketing Team to deliver high-performance output aligned with corporate marketing plans.
  • Set and review individual goals for direct reports, ensuring continuous development through constructive feedback.
  • Encourage cross-departmental collaboration and promote a unified brand approach across divisions.

10. Continuous Improvement

  • Keep updated with global marketing trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure AMAP Group & AMAP Auto Care remain competitive.
  • Drive integrated activations, cross-promotions, and resource optimization across all group companies.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in managing full-scale 360° marketing for multi-brand or FMCG/automotive/distribution sectors.
  • Strong strategic thinking, leadership, and project management capabilities.
  • Excellent communication, PR, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth understanding of digital marketing, media planning, and brand management.
  • Ability to manage budgets effectively with a strong ROI-driven mindset.
  • Experience handling global events, exhibitions, Community events, and customer engagement programs. Content creation
