Job: Senior Marketing Manager

Location: Dubai - UAE

Key Responsibilities Strategic Planning & Brand Development
  • Develop and implement a high-impact marketing strategy aligned with the organization's goals.
  • Strengthen the brand identity and positioning of the organization.
  • Identify and execute lead generation initiatives to drive enrollment and business growth.
Marketing Campaigns & Digital Presence
  • Create and oversee engaging digital and social media campaigns across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn).
  • Manage SEO, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and email marketing strategies to optimize brand reach.
  • Lead content creation, including videos, blogs, newsletters, and press releases.
  • Oversee the development and execution of a social media content calendar.
Parent Engagement & Events
  • Plan and execute parent engagement events, open days, and community outreach programs.
  • Collaborate with center managers to create compelling promotional activities.
  • Communicate offerings effectively to parents and the wider community.
Public Relations & Industry Collaboration
  • Establish relationships with media, industry experts, and influencers to increase brand visibility.
  • Prepare and distribute press releases to relevant publications.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Performance Tracking & Reporting
  • Analyze marketing data, campaign performance, and ROI metrics to optimize strategies.
  • Present regular marketing reports and insights to the management team.
  • Adjust strategies based on data-driven insights and market trends.
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably within the education or service industry.
  • Proven expertise in digital marketing, SEO, social media strategy, and content creation.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics, Google Ads, and paid advertising strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with graphic design tools like Canva or Adobe Suite.
  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and project management skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to travel regularly between Dubai and Abu Dhabi.
