Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our marketing strategies and drive business growth in the Government and Defence sectors. The ideal candidate will be a seasoned professional with proven experience in high-level marketing, client relationship management, and strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote Saif Automations’ solutions and services.
• Plan and conduct customer visits with key stakeholders, including Government departments, Defence establishments, and Public Sector Organizations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Government officials, Defence procurement teams, and strategic partners.
• Identify new business opportunities, market trends, and partnerships within the Government and Defence space.
• Oversee marketing campaigns, events, and brand development initiatives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activities with company objectives.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and reports for management and client reviews.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics and provide actionable insights to the leadership team.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Minimum 10 years of experience in Marketing, Business Development, or Sales.
• Preferred: Ex-Government employee or candidate with Government/Defence sector marketing experience.
• Strong network within Government, Defence, or Public Sector organizations is a plus.
• Proven expertise in strategic planning, client engagement, and high-value deal closure.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to travel frequently for client meetings and events.
