Senior Marketing Manager - Middle East

Join Eurofragance SLU as a Senior Marketing Manager in the Middle East. We're growing fast and need someone who can define and implement the regional marketing strategy, driving business growth and category profitability.

Responsibilities
  • Define and execute the Middle East regional marketing strategy aligned with the regional long term strategic commercial plan.
  • Drive the development of proactive category tools with internal partners according to a defined calendar, and contribute actively in client briefs to define the strategy to win the brief in collaboration with Account Managers & FDMs.
  • Be the expert authority for fine fragrance marketing, leading deep understanding of Middle Eastern consumer preferences, cultural olfactive codes, and emerging fine fragrance trends.
  • Build strong relationships with perfumers, evaluators, and sales teams to co create winning olfactive propositions.
  • Act as strategic partner to key regional clients, supporting them with concepts, olfactive direction, creative marketing assets and trends days / events.
  • Lead the regional fairs' concept planning and best in class execution.
  • Manage marketing activities and client events in the Dubai Experience Area, ensuring they are planned and executed according to the annual calendar.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all touchpoints, working closely with global marketing and branding teams to stay up to date on marketing guidelines while adapting to regional nuances.
  • Lead and mentor the Dubai and Saudi Marketing teams, ensuring clear processes, roles, and responsibilities are established and consistently maintained.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing and/or Business Management.
  • At least 8 years of marketing experience with a good track record in B2C in fragrance brands or B2B in a fragrance house.
  • Solid understanding of the fragrance industry with passion for fragrances.
  • Client oriented and excellent presentation skills.
  • Strong team management skills.
  • Strong project management and analytical skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Structured thinking, planning, organizing and building partnerships.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects.
  • Proficient in operating Canva and Microsoft environment programs (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Adobe), digital and new technologies savvy.
  • Languages: proficiency in English (spoken and written); French and Arabic are a strong plus.
