Position: Senior Marketing Manager

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Marketing Manager with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of proven experience in the towel/textile industry. The ideal candidate will have an in-depth understanding of marketing strategies, brand positioning, and market dynamics specific to the textile sector, particularly towel manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to achieve business objectives.
• Drive brand positioning and awareness in both local and international markets.
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive analysis.
• Manage and oversee marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and trade show participation.
• Collaborate with sales and product development teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, distributors, and stakeholders.
• Analyze performance metrics and ROI for all marketing activities.
• Lead and mentor the marketing team to achieve departmental KPIs.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in marketing within the towel/textile manufacturing industry (mandatory).
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of textile (towel) product lines and global marketing trends.
• Proven track record of successful marketing campaigns and brand development.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms.
