Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Textiles, Business, or Marketing.
• 5–7 years of proven experience in terry towel merchandising, preferably with European clients.
• Strong understanding of exports, Incoterms, and sustainability certifications (OEKO-TEX, GOTS, BCI, REACH).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Prior EU market exposure with a successful record of managing buyers.
• Ability to manage the entire merchandising process — from sampling to shipment, ensuring both quality and timelines.
• Effective coordination with Production, QA, and Logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and expand European client portfolios.
• Handle costing, pricing negotiations, and order execution.
• Monitor T&A calendars, approvals, and timely follow-ups.
• Provide market insights and competitor analysis.
• Mentor and guide Assistant Merchandisers to support their growth.
