Role Summary:
Joining the Global Campaigns team, the Senior Marketing Program Manager is tasked with crafting and implementing integrated marketing programs that are aligned to the strategic marketing goals of Orange Business. The programs will be worldwide and drive sales enablement activities and global marketing campaigns that include dynamic, actionable, repeatable content that resonates across digital platforms, with measurable results that depict a marketing ROI. This role demands a blend of leadership skills, creative expertise and analytic rigor to ensure visibility and effectiveness at every stage of the program journey. Transversal and matrix management is a key requirement for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Development
:

Working with cross-company stakeholders, design and implement integrated marketing programs to achieve strategic marketing objectives.

Conduct internal and external research to understand market trends and customer needs.
Program Management
:

Oversee the planning, execution, and evaluation of marketing initiatives.

Work with various teams (e.g. sales, product and marketing teams) as well strategic and creative agencies to ensure alignment and successful execution.

Manage budget for marketing programs and track expenditures.

Effectively communicate program plan, updates and results to senior management and stakeholders.
Content Strategy Development:

Create a comprehensive content strategy that supports each global campaign and resonates with audiences at each step of the customer journey.

Collaborate with creative specialists, campaign managers, and suppliers to produce a repeatable content strategy aligned with global campaign goals. Help develop engaging and relevant content for a variety of channels aligned to the Customer Value Proposition (CVP).

Work with sales enablement managers on coordination of content messaging and creation.

Map and categorize content suppliers and content type (best in practice) to meet campaign needs and share insights with the Global Campaign Manager.

Oversee the optimization of content for user engagement, adapting to various markets and platforms to maximize global reach and engagement.

Ensure content is effectively localized to engage international audiences while maintaining brand cohesion.

Leverage AI and other technologies to enhance content creation processes and outputs, and use market and audience insights to guide content strategy.
Performance Analysis

Analyze program performance using metrics and KPIs to optimize future programs.

With the help of the data and digital team, use data analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, inform strategy adjustments, and enhance overall campaign plans.

Analyze content marketing data to spot trends, predict customer needs, and refine content strategies.
Additional Skills and Competencies:

Bilingual proficiency in English and French.

Minimum of 8 years of experience developing and executing successful marketing strategies for large, complex organizations.

Agile, curious, and responsive to change with a creative spirit.

Expertise in content creation and strategy with an understanding of SEO.

Proficiency in campaign performance metrics, and previous experience in having run successful campaigns.

Strong analytical and leadership abilities, with experience in guiding marketing teams and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Ability to conduct content audits and strategize according to the customer journey and localization needs.

Excellent communication and collaboration skills, and the ability to work with cross-cultural teams.
