A Day in the Life:
The Senior Marketing Programs Manager is the ultimate connector between the Asia Marketing team and the cross-functional squads at HQ. This powerhouse role is all about ensuring smooth communication and flawless execution of marketing initiatives across the Asia region, while expertly navigating the needs of various stakeholders at HQ.
The Impact You'll Make:
- Oversee the progress of key marketing programs in the Asia region that require endorsement from critical stakeholders in HQ, ensuring they align with global brand standards and adhere fully to legal guidelines, and are delivered on-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments in HQ, including but not limited to Legal, Creative Services, Licensing Premiums & Apparel, and Global Marketing to ensure progress on Asia region initiatives with clear committed timelines.
- Establish successful internal communications with accurate flow of information between the cross-functional teams in HQ and the Asia Marketing Operations team, at every stage of projects to ensure clarity on requirements and optimum support to local market programs and commitments.
- Manage any discrepancies between stakeholders in HQ and Asia by proactively identifying, assessing, and resolving challenges to minimize risk, maintain operations, and protect the organization's reputation.
- Independent in developing, managing, and maintaining detailed project schedules, defining milestones, and tracking progress to meet deadlines.
- Work closely with the Asia Marketing Operations team to assess program statuses, identify and address gaps in the workflow with HQ and recommend improvements to ensure higher effectiveness of workflow.
Who You Are:
Prefer a Bachelor's Degree in the field of
- - Marketing
- Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in brand management.
- Additional Experience Desired: More than 5 years of experience in marketing Operations.
- Computer Skills Desired: PowerPoint, Words, Excel
- Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role: Experience in Conga, Clickup.
Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated salary of $79,500 - $106,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
