Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Senior Marketing Specialist to lead and execute marketing initiatives that drive brand growth and engagement. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with strong technical skills in website management, video production, and social media marketing.

The ideal candidate is bilingual in Chinese and English, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can balance strategic planning with hands-on execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and update company websites, ensuring content accuracy, design consistency, and SEO optimization.
• Plan, produce, and edit video content for promotional campaigns, events, and social media.
• Develop and execute social media strategies across multiple platforms to drive engagement and brand awareness.
• Collaborate with internal teams to create compelling marketing campaigns, digital assets, and content.
• Analyze marketing performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize ROI.
• Support brand storytelling across web, video, and digital platforms to strengthen the company’s image in both English and Chinese markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field.
• 4+ years of professional experience in marketing, with proven expertise in digital marketing, website management, and social media strategy.
• Strong video editing and production skills (Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
• Experience with WordPress, Squarespace, or other CMS platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Chinese (Mandarin).
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects with flexibility.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
