• Track emerging consumer trends, new marketing approaches, and tools to enhance go-to-market strategies.
• Marketing campaign development (not product marketing) -lead end-to-end campaign execution, from idea&strategy development through to delivery, managing timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder expectations.
• Lead the planning, briefing agencies and creation and execution marketing campaigns across online, in-store and offline channels in line with brand positioning.
• Integrate onsite and offsite marketing resources focusing on customer experience journey.
• Analyse marketing campaign data and customer behavior to identify opportunities, optimize campaigns, and improve key operational metrics.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight studies to support strategic decision-making and create actionable reports.
• Monitoring competition activities and market data& taking necessary actions to optimize resource allocation to maximize marketing impact.
• Ensure full alignment of all campaigns with company strategy, driving both brand health and commercial performance for business and product groups.
• ROI analysis of the investments and taking the necessary decisions for continuation of investment.
• Create and maintain Shop-in-Shop/Pop-Up solutions, concepts support the brand-aligned design of Karcher Centers/Shops, Responsible for increase in the footfall for stores

• Having a bachelor's degree in related areas,
• At least 5 years of experience in marketing.
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities.
• Data oriented and analytical skills.
• Knowledge and experience in trade marketing and brand marketing.
• Proficient written and verbal English skills.
