Job Summary
The Senior Marketing Specialist plays a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing initiatives that support brand positioning, commercial objectives, and revenue growth across the Company’s investment portfolio. The role requires a strong balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with close coordination across internal stakeholders and external partners.
Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.

Manage end-to-end campaign execution across digital, offline, and on-ground channels.

Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.

Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Business Units, Sales, Leasing, Operations) to ensure alignment and timely delivery.

Oversee content creation for marketing materials, presentations, digital assets, and promotional collateral.

Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and service providers, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.

Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.

Support brand management initiatives to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.

Assist in budget planning, tracking, and optimization of marketing spend.

Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing technologies.
Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

5–8 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, preferably within Real Estate, Financial Services, or diversified investment environments.

Proven experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns and working with cross-functional teams.

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and MS Office applications.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
