Job Summary

The Senior Marketing Specialist plays a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing initiatives that support brand positioning, commercial objectives, and revenue growth across the Company’s investment portfolio. The role requires a strong balance between strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with close coordination across internal stakeholders and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute marketing plans and campaigns aligned with business objectives and brand guidelines.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution across digital, offline, and on-ground channels.
  • Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to inform marketing strategies.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Business Units, Sales, Leasing, Operations) to ensure alignment and timely delivery.
  • Oversee content creation for marketing materials, presentations, digital assets, and promotional collateral.
  • Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and service providers, ensuring quality and cost efficiency.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and prepare performance reports with actionable insights.
  • Support brand management initiatives to ensure consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Assist in budget planning, tracking, and optimization of marketing spend.
  • Stay updated on market trends, consumer behavior, and emerging marketing technologies.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5–8 years of progressive experience in marketing roles, preferably within Real Estate, Financial Services, or diversified investment environments.
  • Proven experience in managing integrated marketing campaigns and working with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actions.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics platforms, and MS Office applications.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic is a strong advantage.
