About Naqsh

Naqsh is a creative F&B group home to two distinctive brands — Akleh Egypt, a Levant-inspired fast-food concept redefining authentic street flavors, and Nazim Coffee, a modern coffee brand celebrating craftsmanship and serenity in every cup.

We’re looking for a Senior Marketing Specialist to join our growing team — someone who can blend creativity with structure, strategy with execution, and bring energy and ownership to every campaign.


What You’ll Do

1. Marketing Strategy & Planning

  • Help shape the marketing direction of Akleh and Nazim through thoughtful strategy and creative campaigns.
  • Plan and execute seasonal promotions, product launches, and store openings that drive awareness and engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with management to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
  • Contribute ideas that keep both brands fresh, relevant, and ahead of trends.

2. Campaign Management & Coordination

  • Act as the main point of contact with our marketing agencies (creative, digital, media buying, production, PR).
  • Lead campaign briefs, follow up on deliverables, and ensure everything runs on time and on-brand.
  • Stay hands-on during activations, events, and shoot days — keeping a cool head and agile mindset as plans shift in real time.
  • Communicate clearly with all stakeholders, ensuring alignment and smooth execution from start to finish.

3. Performance Tracking & Reporting

  • Oversee campaign analytics, social media performance, and paid media results.
  • Prepare marketing reports and dashboards for management, highlighting insights and optimization ideas.
  • Keep an eye on competitors and market trends to identify new opportunities for growth.

4. Content Direction & Production

  • Guide the creative process for both brands — from brainstorming to shoot supervision.
  • Work closely with production teams, photographers, and editors to bring campaigns to life.
  • Ensure every piece of content — whether a TikTok, reel, or in-store poster — reflects the unique identity of Akleh and Nazim.
  • Participate in ideation sessions that bring together data, creativity, and storytelling.

5. Brand Growth & Management

  • Safeguard brand identity and consistency across all touchpoints.
  • Support the design and rollout of marketing materials, packaging, and store communication.
  • Collaborate across departments (operations, finance, HR) to ensure marketing supports business goals.
  • Represent Naqsh brands professionally during events, partnerships, and public appearances.


Job Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or agency coordination (F&B experience is a must).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills — you’re comfortable managing multiple teams and partners.
  • Strong organization and follow-up skills — you keep projects on track and details in order.
  • Natural agility and flexibility — you adapt easily to fast-moving campaigns, activations, and production schedules.
  • Analytical mindset with basic reporting and dashboard skills (Excel/Google Sheets, Meta/Google Ads dashboards).
  • Creative sense and passion for storytelling through visual and digital media.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
