Senior Marketing Specialist (Car Rental Industry)

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Expert to take the wheel of our marketing strategy in Dubai. In this role, you won't just follow a roadmap; you will build it. We need a self-starter who takes initiative and can drive qualified leads through a multi-channel approach in the competitive car rental market.

Key Responsibilities:

- Paid Media Strategy: Plan, execute, and optimize high-ROI campaigns across Google Ads and Facebook/Meta Ads, specifically targeting tourists, business travelers, and local residents in the UAE.

- Search Engine Optimization (SEO): Manage on-page and off-page SEO strategies to ensure top rankings for key rental terms in the region.

- Influencer Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage collaborations with travel and lifestyle influencers to boost brand visibility and credibility.

- Data Analysis: Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS), and adjust strategies proactively to maximize efficiency.

- Strategic Initiative: Proactively identify new market opportunities and propose innovative marketing angles without needing constant direction.

Requirements:

- Experience: Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in the automotive or travel industry.

- Technical Expertise: Deep knowledge of Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and SEO tools like Ahrefs or SEMrush.

- Soft Skills: Highly initiative-driven; you don’t wait for tasks — you see a problem and fix it immediately.

- Ability to do whatsapp marketing campaigns

- Track Record: Demonstrable success in campaigns that drove revenue growth in previous roles.
