Role Overview
TriVA Global is seeking a Senior Marketplace Operations Specialist (Brand Acquisition & Onboarding) to support marketplace launch and growth initiatives for our clients. This role requires a hands-on professional who can independently manage brand onboarding, product listings, campaign setup, and launch-phase operational support with minimal supervision.
The ideal candidate is execution-driven, process-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced startup and agency environment, ensuring smooth onboarding and operational readiness for brands across marketplace platforms.
Key Responsibilities
1. Brand Onboarding & Marketplace Operations

Manage end-to-end onboarding of brands onto assigned marketplace platforms.

Upload, review, and manage product SKUs, including titles, descriptions, pricing, images, and categorization.

Coordinate with brands to collect required documentation, assets, and product information.

Ensure all brand profiles and product listings meet marketplace quality, compliance, and launch standards.

Identify and resolve onboarding issues to ensure timely go-live.
2. Campaign Setup & Management

Set up and configure brand campaigns in alignment with defined marketplace campaign structures.

Ensure campaigns are accurately configured, tested, and launched within agreed timelines.

Provide basic operational support and troubleshooting for active campaigns.

Coordinate campaign launches with onboarding schedules and platform requirements.
3. Social Media & Launch Support

Support execution of social media activities during platform and brand launch phases.

Schedule and publish content across relevant social media channels.

Assist with basic engagement and community management during early-stage launch.

Align social media execution with campaign timelines and onboarding milestones.
4. Process Ownership & Coordination

Work independently with minimal hand-holding once onboarded and trained on SOPs.

Follow defined onboarding and campaign workflows while suggesting process improvements.

Coordinate closely with TriVA Global Project Manager to align priorities, deliverables, and timelines.

Proactively flag risks, operational gaps, or delays and propose practical solutions.
5. Reporting & Performance Tracking

Maintain accurate tracking of onboarded brands, listed products, and launched campaigns.

Share regular status updates on progress, blockers, and next steps.

Support basic performance and operational reporting to enable informed decision-making.
Required Skills & Experience

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

2–4+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketplace operations, or digital marketing execution.

Strong hands-on experience with product listing, campaign setup, or platform-based operations.

Solid understanding of social media platforms and content execution (execution-focused, not strategy-heavy).

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks independently and meet deadlines.

Strong communication skills for coordinating with brands and internal stakeholders.

Comfortable working in a startup, agency, or fast-paced operational environment.
Preferred (Nice To Have)

Experience working with e-commerce or marketplace platforms.

Familiarity with SOP-driven workflows and reporting structures.
