Senior Material Engineer

• Review and approve material submittals, mix designs, and samples in compliance with QCS and Ashghal standards.

• Supervise on‑site and off‑site materials testing and review laboratory results.

• Ensure all construction materials meet project specifications and quality requirements.

• Identify non‑conforming materials and ensure corrective actions are implemented.

• Conduct site inspections related to material usage, storage, and compliance.

• Coordinate with contractors, laboratories, and the supervision team on materials issues.

• Maintain materials documentation, approvals, and quality records.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related discipline.

• Minimum 12–15 years of professional experience in materials engineering, preferably on Ashghal infrastructure or roads projects in Qatar.

• Strong knowledge of QCS, Ashghal standards, and materials testing procedures.

• Proven experience working with engineering consultancies on large‑scale infrastructure projects.

• MMUP/UPDA registration is mandatory

• Membership in a recognized professional engineering body is an advantage.
