Senior Material Planner

As a Senior Material Planner, you ensure above target service of supply to all our customers across Turkey. In this role, you will also own the successful execution of initiatives from an on-time delivery of supply across the region. The role will also work with the regional/global sourcing teams to ensure on time in full stocks deliveries and shipments

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assists in updating standard tasks related to analysis, forecasting, and reporting to support the IBP process.
• Conducts basic data analysis to identify trends and support decision-making in material planning.
• Monitors key performance indicators (KPIs) and assists in reporting and process improvement initiatives.
• Tracks material availability to ensure smooth production flow and escalates potential supply issues to relevant teams.
• Assists in monitoring production and logistics planning processes and collaborates with cross-functional teams to improve efficiency.
• Contributes to cost-saving initiatives related to raw & pack materials and inbound warehouse processes.
• Participates in daily planning meetings and follows up on assigned action items.
• Supports compliance with quality, safety, and food defense programs by assisting in data collection and reporting.

We’re Looking for Someone With

• University Degree required and five (5) years of experience and knowledge in supply chain with particular focus on regional/global sourcing and supply planning.
• Experience in managing supply chain initiatives from a timely service point of view.
• In depth understanding of the main regions of MENAT business, customer needs and competitive landscape.
• Ability to assimilate multiple sources of data and deliver insight and recommendations.
• Language Skills (bi‐lingual): English (fluent)
• Computer skills, including experience with ERP systems, MS Office and Power BI.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Deep analytical and problem‐solving skills.
