We Are Hiring – Senior MDG Techno Functional Consultant
Location: Bangalore (Hybrid Mode)
Preferred: Immediate Joiners

We are looking for an experienced SAP MDG Techno Functional Consultant to lead end-to-end MDG implementations and collaborate closely with global business stakeholders.

Key Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in SAP MDG as a techno-functional consultant
• Minimum 3 full-cycle MDG implementation projects for Material, Customer, Vendor & Finance
• Experience implementing MDG with Hub deployment across multiple ERP systems
• Strong understanding of data models for cross-region master data across multiple ERPs
• Hands-on experience in SAP MDG HANA 2020 / S4HANA MDG 1809 or later
• Expertise in:
• Data Model Enhancement
• UI Enhancement & FPM / Webdynpro Framework
• BRF+ / Business Rules Framework
• Workflow (Classical & Rule-based)
• DRF / Data Replication Framework
• OOPS ABAP development & debugging
• Experience in Process Modelling techniques (Business Activity Change, Change Request Type, Edition Type, Workflow, Entity & Relationship design)
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration experience

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead design, configuration and deployment of SAP MDG solutions across global business units
• Perform MDG data model enhancements, UI modelling, workflow configuration, DRF setup & integrations
• Develop ABAP objects, BRF+ rules, FPM configurations and workflow enhancements
• Drive process modelling for change requests, business activities, approvals and edition management
• Enable secure and reliable data replication across multiple ERPs (SOA services, ALE, Key/Value mapping, export/import etc.)
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to translate requirements into scalable MDG solutions
• Support SIT, UAT, cutover activities and post–go-live stabilization
• Create technical documentation and recommend continuous improvements

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹3,500,000.00 - ₹4,000,000.00 per year
