Senior MEAN Stack Engineer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Senior MEAN Stack Engineer to join our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on leader, responsible for developing new features, mentoring junior developers, and enhancing our application's architecture and performance. You will play a pivotal role in driving our technical vision forward and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design and development of new features using modern web technologies, ensuring code is clean, scalable, and follows best practices.
• Mentor and guide junior developers through code reviews, pair programming, and technical leadership.
• Architect and execute complex technical projects, such as large-scale codebase migrations and modernizations.
• Establish and maintain efficient local development environments using containerization and cloud service emulation.
• Successfully implement critical backend integrations with third-party systems and APIs.
• Proactively maintain and update project dependencies to ensure application security and performance.
• Integrate and manage tools for system monitoring, logging, and performance analysis.
• Implement and utilize feature flagging platforms to enable beta testing and phased rollouts of new features.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven professional experience as a Senior Software Engineer or in a similar role.
• Expert-level proficiency with the MEAN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, Angular, and Node.js.
• Strong command of front-end technologies including TypeScript, JavaScript, HTML, and SCSS/CSS.
• Demonstrated experience with modern development tools and libraries such as Webpack, Tailwind CSS, and Jest.
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies (Docker) and cloud services (e.g., AWS, Azure).
• Familiarity with data interoperability standards (e.g., HL7, RESTful APIs) is highly desirable.
• Experience with application performance monitoring (APM) and observability tools.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and mentorship abilities.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs300,000.00 - Rs400,000.00 per month
