Senior Mechanical Designer - heavy fabrication

To understand the marketing requirement, create concept Drawing,3D for Concept model, Technical data sheet, arrive a process flow.

To Ensure timely delivery of the design release as per plan.

To conducting CFT meetings with team clarify doubts/provide inputs for necessary changes.

To checking Layout ,3D model ,2D model , Manufacturing drawing, Product User Manual , Spare parts catalogues, Maintenance manual, Installation procedure, Erection Sequence Manual, Loading Detail Drawing ,Packing list, Erection Sequence Manual.

To review team members output & escalate the gaps and Check DFMEA report.

To set KRA’s for team members & to monitor their performance.

To Coordinate with SCM & Vendor for introduction & development of new component to achieve cost reduction, better delivery, better performance.

To take trial of new products and confirm the operation based on the project requirements.

To Coordinate with CS team to understand any changes in layout & correct.

To Conducting CFT with other departments feedbacks.

To review ECR/ECN/ LFF.

To Create New SOP for Design Policy and Checking

To Field test and performance validation for new product.

CRM Feedback analysis and update.

Erection support to erection team

To Monitor & Close site complaints on timely manner. Escalate in case of gaps

To Co-ordination with all departments,

Support to PDM implementation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
