Project Type: Villas & High-Rise Building Projects

We are seeking aSenior Mechanical Draftsman with strong UAE project experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in Villa and High-Rise building projects and be well-versed with UAE standards and authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare detailed mechanical shop drawings for HVAC, Plumbing and Drainage systems.
• Develop coordinated drawings based on approved design, specifications, and site conditions.
• Coordinate with MEP engineers, project managers, and site teams to resolve design and execution issues.
• Revise drawings based on consultant comments, site changes, and authority requirements.
• Ensure drawings comply with UAE codes, standards, and project specifications.
• Maintain proper documentation and drawing registers.

Requirements:

• Diploma / ITI in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5–8 years of UAE experience in mechanical drafting.
• Proven experience in Villa and High-Rise building projects.
• Proficient in AutoCAD (knowledge of Revit MEP is an added advantage).
• Strong understanding of HVAC, Plumbing and Drainage systems.
• Ability to work independently and meet project deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience coordinating with consultants and local authorities.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Immediate or short-notice availability is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
