Senior Mechanical Engineer

A leading manufacturing and innovation-driven company is seeking an experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer with strong expertise in consumer product development. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in end-to-end product design — from concept and prototyping to manufacturing and testing. Key skills include the use of CAE tools (FEA and CFD) for simulation and design validation, tolerance analysis, and DFM/DFA principles to ensure manufacturability and cost efficiency. The role requires proficiency in rapid prototyping, injection molding, and high-volume production processes, as well as close collaboration with cross-functional teams, suppliers, and contract manufacturers. Experience in consumer products, and particularly in ultrasound or piezoelectric-based systems, will be highly advantageous.
