Senior Mechanical Engineer

We are looking for a Mechanical Engineer with strong experience in Data Center projects to join our dynamic MEP team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in the design, execution, and commissioning of mechanical systems specifically tailored for data center environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute mechanical systems for data centers including HVAC, chilled water systems, fire protection, and ventilation systems.
• Coordinate with electrical, civil, and IT Infrastructure teams to ensure seamless project integration.
• Review design drawings, equipment specifications, and ensure compliance with project requirements and international standards.
• Oversee installation, testing, and commissioning of mechanical systems.
• Conduct site inspections and ensure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental standards.
• Prepare technical reports, method statements, and documentation.
• Collaborate with consultants, contractors, and clients to resolve technical issues promptly.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5+ years of experience in MEP works, with at least 2 years in Data Center projects.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC design and load calculations, cooling systems, and energy efficiency standards.
• Familiarity with international standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, etc.).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant design tools.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
• Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience working with Tier III/Tier IV data center designs.
• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS).
• PMP or related certification is an added advantage.
