We design, develop, and maintain industrial machinery systems that support large-scale production and infrastructure projects across the region.

We are looking for a Senior Mechanical Engineer who can take full ownership of complex mechanical systems and lead technical execution across projects. This is not just a design role—you will be responsible for ensuring machinery performance, reliability, and efficiency from concept through installation and long-term operation. You will act as a key technical authority between engineering, production, and project stakeholders, ensuring that solutions are both practical and high-performing in real-world industrial environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Mechanical System Ownership:
Lead the design, development, and optimization of industrial machinery systems used in manufacturing and production environments.

Project Execution:
Oversee mechanical engineering phases from concept design through fabrication, installation, commissioning, and operational support.

Technical Design & Review:
Develop and review mechanical drawings, calculations, and CAD models ensuring accuracy, durability, and compliance with engineering standards.

Cross-Functional Coordination:
Work closely with electrical, automation, and production teams to ensure integrated system performance.

Problem Solving & Optimization:
Diagnose mechanical and hydraulic system issues and implement practical engineering solutions to improve efficiency and reduce downtime.

Quality & Compliance:
Ensure all mechanical systems meet safety, reliability, and industry compliance standards (ISO / ASME or equivalent).

What We Are Looking For:

Experience:
7–15+ years in Mechanical Engineering, preferably in industrial machinery, manufacturing, or heavy equipment environments.

Technical Expertise:
Strong background in mechanical systems, hydraulics, pneumatics, and industrial machine design.

Software Skills:
Proficiency in CAD tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent engineering design software.

Industry Knowledge:
Experience in fabrication, assembly, or maintenance of industrial equipment is highly valued.

Mindset:
You are practical, detail-oriented, and solution-driven. You understand when to refine a design and when to prioritize delivery and operational performance.

Communication:
Ability to work effectively with multidisciplinary teams and explain technical decisions clearly.
