Lead the design and coordination of HVAC and wet services systems (plumbing, drainage, firefighting, water supply).
Develop and review concept, schematic, detailed design, tender, and IFC drawings in compliance with international codes and local authority requirements.
Ensure proper load calculations, equipment sizing, ducting/piping layouts, and hydraulic calculations using latest software tools.
Coordinate effectively with architects, structural, electrical, and other disciplines to deliver fully integrated design solutions.
Review and approve shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and RFIs from contractors.
Conduct value engineering studies to optimize cost, sustainability, and energy efficiency.
Provide technical guidance to junior engineers, BIM modelers, and site supervision teams.
Ensure designs comply with ASHRAE, NFPA, IPC, CIBSE, and local authority codes (Dubai Municipality, DCD, DEWA, etc.).
Support sustainability initiatives including energy-efficient HVAC design, water conservation, and green building standards (LEED, Estidama).
Participate in project meetings, design reviews, and client presentations.
