Senior Mechanical Engineer (Plumbing & Drainage)

Location: Dubai
Salary Range: AED 12,000 – 18,000 per month

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Mechanical Engineer (Plumbing & Drainage) with strong technical and site management expertise to join our team. The ideal candidate must have extensive Gulf experience and proven hands-on involvement in villa and high-rise building projects.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering (mandatory)
• Total Experience: 15–20 years
• Gulf Experience: 10–15 years (mandatory)
• Strong experience in Plumbing, Drainage & Water Supply Systems
• Hands-on exposure in Villa Projects and High-Rise Buildings
• In-depth knowledge of UAE authorities’ regulations (DEWA, DM, Civil Defence, etc.)
• Ability to handle design review, material submittals, shop drawings, and method statements
• Strong coordination with consultants, clients, subcontractors, and site teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage all plumbing and drainage works on-site
• Review and approve shop drawings, technical submittals, and material approvals
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, authority regulations, and safety standards
• Monitor site progress, quality, and productivity
• Coordinate with project managers, consultants, and contractors
• Resolve technical issues and provide engineering solutions
• Support testing, commissioning, and final handover activities

Preferred Skills:

• Leadership and team management
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Office, and reporting tools

Pay: AED12,000.00 - AED18,000.00 per month
