Senior Mechanical Technical Office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and prepare mechanical shop drawings and technical submittals.
• Coordinate with consultants, contractors, and project teams to ensure design compliance.
• Provide technical support to site teams during execution.
• Prepare BOQs, material take-offs, and ensure alignment with project specifications.
• Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with relevant codes and standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 6–7 years of experience , Must have Experience in the medical construction field (hospitals, healthcare facilities, clean rooms, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and fire-fighting systems.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other relevant engineering software.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills.
