Senior Mechanical Technical Office Engineer - BIM

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare HVAC, plumbing, and firefighting shop drawings.
• Develop mechanical BIM models in Revit . ·
• Participate in Navisworks clash coordination workshops.
• Perform calculations (cooling load, ESP, pump head, hydraulic calculations).
• Prepare mechanical material submittals.
• Review IFC drawings and generate RFIs.
• Coordinate with electrical and civil trades on clashes.
• Prepare as-built drawings and technical reports.
• Provide support to procurement and site execution teams.

Requirements:

• 7–12 years of experience in an MEP contractor technical office.
• Strong knowledge of ASHRAE, SMACNA, NFPA, IPC.
