About the Role:

We are seeking a results-driven Senior Media Buyer to join our dynamic digital media team. This individual will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing performance-driven digital media campaigns across various platforms such as display, native, paid search, and programmatic platforms. to achieve our clients' or company’s advertising goals. The ideal candidate is a data-savvy professional with a deep understanding of the digital media ecosystem, campaign strategy, and performance analytics.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development

  • Design full-funnel digital media strategies to drive acquisition, awareness, and engagement.
  • Align campaign goals with business objectives and customer lifecycle stages.

Campaign Management

  • Oversee media buying and optimization across Display platforms such as Taboola, Outbrain, MGID, and other DSPs. Bonus points for Paid Search and Social.
  • Collaborate on creative execution and optimization.
  • Ability and organization to manage thousands of campaigns a day.

Performance Optimization

  • Analyze campaign results using media platforms, GA4, internal dashboards, and BI tools.
  • Propose and implement A/B tests, bidding strategies, and audience segmentation.

Budget Ownership

  • Allocate and monitor budgets across all paid channels.
  • Forecasts spend and ROI based on performance trends and goals.

Team & Vendor Coordination

  • Work with internal teams (creative, product, dev) and external partners (agencies, vendors).

Reporting & Insights

  • Deliver actionable insights and regular performance reports.
  • Monitor KPIs like CTR, CPC, impression share, etc.

  • 3–5+ years of digital media experience, including hands-on ad platform management in an agency is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to drive results through multi-channel campaigns
  • Strong knowledge of paid media platforms (DSPs, Native, Search, etc)
  • Knowledge in ad-tech ecosystems for data activation, audience targeting and enablement.
  • Advanced proficiency in GA4, Google Tag Manager, Looker Studio, Excel/Sheets
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills
