Senior Media Buyer

AUGE® 10X is hiring: Senior Media Buyer (On-site — Ras Al Khaimah, UAE). We’re looking for a senior, performance-driven Media Buyer to manage and scale multiple paid advertising campaigns across active funnels. This is a hands-on role with full ownership of budget, daily optimization, KPI delivery, and reporting—plus leadership to coordinate remote buyers.

Must-haves: 5+ years proven Media Buying / Performance Marketing experience, managed ad spend up to $90,000/month, Meta Ads + Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube).

Able to manage multiple funnels/campaigns simultaneously. Hands-on experience (or strong knowledge) in LinkedIn Ads + TikTok Ads. Experience with Hyros (or advanced tracking/attribution preferred)

Strong daily KPI discipline: ROAS, CPA, CAC, funnel metrics. Confident use of AI tools for: copy, creative concepts, images, short-form video
