Senior Media Buyer

VirtualRep is one of Pakistan’s leading social media marketing and digital operations companies, providing white-label services to agencies across the USA. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly skilled Senior Media Buyer to join our team at our Gulberg office.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, launch, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok Ads

Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven decisions to maximize ROI and lead generation

Conduct audience research, competitor analysis, and campaign testing

Develop and execute scaling strategies for successful campaigns

Track key performance metrics and prepare performance reports

Collaborate with creative, content, and account management teams to ensure campaign success

Manage advertising budgets efficiently while maintaining performance goals

Stay up to date with the latest advertising trends, platform updates, and best practices

Requirements

Proven 2–3 years of hands-on experience managing Meta Ads and TikTok Ads campaigns

Strong understanding of campaign structures, audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion optimization

Experience managing lead generation, eCommerce, and conversion-focused campaigns

Proficiency with Meta Business Manager, Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and analytics tools

Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and generate actionable insights

Excellent communication, reporting, and problem-solving skills

Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously while meeting performance targets.

Timings: USA Time Zones

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
