We are hiring a Senior Media Buyer:Google Ads with deep expertise in CPS performance marketing. This role requires a seasoned specialist who can scale Search, Shopping, and Performance Max campaigns while maintaining strong profitability and ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute, manage, and continuously optimize CPS-focused Google Ads campaigns across Search, Display, Shopping, and Performance Max.

• 
  Identify profitable segments, scale winning campaigns, and eliminate non-performing keywords, audiences, and funnels.

• 
  Build and refine keyword strategies, bidding frameworks, audience clusters, and funnel optimizations tailored to CPS objectives.

• 
  Collaborate with product, affiliate, analytics, and operations teams to align campaigns with revenue targets.

• 
  Deliver sharp performance reports, actionable insights, and data-backed recommendations to drive growth.

• 
  Manage large budgets efficiently with strict ROI discipline.

  Stay updated on new Google Ads features, policy updates, tools, beta offerings, and market trends.

Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on experience managing Google Ads across Search, Display, Performance Max, and Shopping.

  Strong expertise in CPS campaign optimization, conversion tracking, bidding automation, and pixel/GA4-based attribution.

  Solid understanding of eCommerce, affiliate marketing, or performance-driven revenue models.
