The Role

We’re hiring a Senior Media Buyer to own paid acquisition across Meta and TikTok.

This is a high-level, hands-on buying role focused on:

Scaling spend profitably

Hitting aggressive CPA and ROAS targets

Driving creative performance through strong hook and angle input

You are not implementing pixels or doing technical setup —

you are a pure performance operator focused on buying, scaling, and winning.

Work Style & Expectations (Important)

This is not a standard 9–5 role

Expected workload is approximately 45–50 hours per week

Paid media runs 24/7, and performance shifts quickly

You will be expected to:

Monitor and adjust campaigns outside core hours when needed this includes night time check-ins.

Make weekend budget adjustments and optimizations

Be responsive during scaling moments, launches, and performance swings

We are looking for someone who takes ownership of results, not someone who logs off at a fixed time

What You’ll Own

Media Buying & Scaling

Own and manage Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok ad accounts

Launch, test, and aggressively scale campaigns

Allocate and shift budget based on real-time performance

Identify scaling opportunities quickly and act on them

Confidently manage and scale $50,000+ per day in ad spend

Performance Ownership

Fully accountable for:

CPA

ROAS

Revenue / sales growth

Continuously optimize campaigns to improve efficiency

Kill losers fast, scale winners aggressively

Creative Input, Hooks & Structure

Work directly with the Senior Performance Creative Lead

Provide data-driven input on hooks, angles, and messaging

Identify winning creative patterns and push iteration

Contribute to campaign structure and testing strategy

Strong instinct for what converts in DTC and affiliate-style environments

Campaign Strategy & Testing

Build and refine campaign structures for scale

Test audiences, creatives, and offers at high volume

Operate with a testing-first, performance-driven mindset

Continuously optimize based on real-time data

Tracking & Data Utilization (Non-Technical)

Leverage existing tracking infrastructure (handled by dev team)

Analyze performance inside:

Meta Ads Manager

TikTok Ads Manager

Use data to make fast, confident decisions

Partner with internal teams if issues arise (no implementation required)

Reporting & Decision Making

Monitor performance daily

Identify trends, inefficiencies, and scaling opportunities

Turn data into clear, actionable decisions — not just reports

What We’re Looking For

5+ years hands-on DTC media buying experience

Proven track record scaling Meta and TikTok ad spend

Must have experience managing $30k–$50k+ per day in spend

Strong background in:

Health, wellness, telehealth, or

Affiliate / direct response buying

Deep understanding of:

Scaling strategies

Creative testing

Performance optimization

Strong instinct for winning ads, hooks, and angles

Comfortable operating in a high-spend, high-speed environment

Compensation & Incentives

Base Salary

$120,000 – $140,000 (USD)

Performance-Based Incentives (Aggressive Monthly Bonuses)

Bonuses are paid monthly and tied directly to performance:

Tier 1 – Hit Target CPA at Scale 50k plus spend

Maintain target CPA at agreed spend levels

Tier 2 – Beat CPA Targets

Improve CPA by 10%+ while maintaining or increasing spend

Tier 3 – Scale Efficiently

Increase spend (25–100%+) while maintaining or improving CPA

Additional Performance Kicker:

Consistent performance across multiple months → quarterly bonus potential

Total Compensation Potential

$150,000 – $175,000+ for strong performers

$185,000+ for top performers scaling at high volume

Top performers are expected to significantly exceed base salary through performance incentives.

Reporting Structure

This role reports directly to a company founder who actively leads paid media

Founder has managed and scaled tens of millions in DTC spend on Meta

You will work closely with leadership that understands performance marketing at a high level

Hours: 9:00 AM Est Start Time. This is a 50 hour role Mon to Friday- With Weekend Check in and Media optimization.
