Position Overview

We are looking for a Senior Media Buyer / Performance Manager with deep GCC market expertise and advanced technical tracking knowledge. This is not just a campaign management role — this is a revenue leadership position.

Key Responsibilities

Performance Strategy & Scaling

  • Build and execute full Marketing Funnel strategies (TOF–MOF–BOF).
  • Develop structured Media Plans aligned with revenue targets.
  • Forecast revenue, ROAS, CAC, MER, LTV, and scaling scenarios.
  • Lead product selection and validation based on market data.

GCC Market Expertise

  • Strong understanding of GCC consumer behavior (KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain, Iraq).
  • Experience scaling high-budget E-commerce campaigns in competitive GCC markets.
  • Cultural awareness impacting creatives, offers, and positioning strategies.

Paid Media Execution

  • Advanced execution across:

Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, PMax), and other paid platforms.

  • Experience managing large monthly ad budgets.
  • Familiarity with Amazon Ads (preferred).

E-Commerce Platforms

  • Hands-on experience with Shopify.
  • Experience with Salla Platform (required).
  • Understanding of product feeds, catalogs, and conversion APIs.

Advanced Tracking & Analytics (Critical Requirement)

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4) – setup, event tracking, funnel analysis.
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM) – tags, triggers, custom events.
  • Meta Pixel + Conversion API (CAPI).
  • TikTok Pixel & Events API.
  • Snapchat Pixel.
  • Google Ads Conversion Tracking.
  • Server-side tracking implementation (preferred).
  • UTM structure & attribution models.
  • Google Search Console.
  • Microsoft Clarity (behavior analysis & session recordings).
  • Hotjar or similar heatmap tools.
  • Data Studio / Looker Studio dashboard building.

Reporting & Performance Analysis

  • Weekly & Monthly performance reports.
  • KPI monitoring: ROAS, CPA, AOV, CVR, CTR, LTV, MER.
  • Identify scaling opportunities & bottlenecks.
  • Build automated dashboards for executive reporting.

Creative & Funnel Direction

  • Strong understanding of Marketing Funnel of Content.
  • Ability to guide Content Creators, Designers, and Video Editors.
  • Define creative angles per funnel stage and audience intent.

Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Media Buying / Performance Marketing.
  • Proven E-commerce scaling in GCC markets.
  • Advanced technical tracking knowledge (must).
  • Strong forecasting and analytical skills.
  • Strategic thinking with leadership capability.
  • Very Good English (written & spoken).

Preferred

  • Experience in CRO and landing page optimization.
  • Experience in multi-country scaling frameworks.
  • Experience in data-driven product research.
