Senior Media Director – Social & Digital

Intuition Collective is a strategy-first communications and creative agency based in Cairo, serving a diverse portfolio of regional and global clients across integrated communications, brand strategy, and digital media. We are seeking an experienced and commercially minded Senior Media Director to lead and grow our Media Buying department. This is a senior leadership role with full ownership of digital and social media strategy across our client portfolio, spanning paid media, performance marketing, and lead generation. The ideal candidate brings both strategic depth and hands-on fluency with platforms, data, and client relationships.


What you'll own


Paid social & digital performance

Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Google, LinkedIn, and programmatic channels. Own the numbers, CPL, ROAS, CTR, and know how to move them.


Digital media buying & planning

Build and manage full-funnel digital media plans across clients. Negotiate placements, manage budgets, and oversee vendor relationships with precision.


Lead generation & conversion

Design and manage lead generation campaigns end-to-end, from targeting and creative briefs to landing page logic and pipeline reporting.


Department leadership & team building

Manage and grow the digital and social team. You may inherit existing team members, hire new ones, or both, depending on where the agency is at the time of your joining.


Client leadership

Present strategies, results, and recommendations directly to clients. Build trusted relationships, manage expectations, and translate complex data into clear business decisions.


What we're looking for


  • 5–8 years of experience in digital and social media, with at least 2 years in a senior or leadership capacity, preferably within an agency environment.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise in paid social (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager) and Google ecosystem (Search, Display, YouTube).
  • Strong command of analytics and reporting tools — Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Looker Studio, or equivalent.
  • Proven track record in lead generation campaigns with measurable results across B2B and/or B2C clients.
  • Fluency in content strategy — you understand what makes content perform, not just what makes it look good.
  • Comfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously, with strong organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Confident communicator; able to present strategies and performance reports to senior clients with clarity and conviction.
  • Experience managing or mentoring junior team members.
  • Bilingual in Arabic and English, written and spoken proficiency required.


Nice to have


  • Experience working with real estate, FMCG, telecoms, or government/institutional clients
  • Familiarity with CRM or marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, etc.)
  • Understanding of SEO principles and how they integrate with paid and content strategy
