Senior Digital Marketing

Main Responsibilities

  • Drive multi‑channel digital growth across paid, owned, and earned channels to generate qualified B2B leads, optimize conversions, and deliver ROI in Gulf and adjacent markets.
  • Core responsibilities
  • · Plan, execute, and optimize Google Ads and social ads with A/B tests and budget pacing to hit ROAS and CPA targets.
  • · Build and optimize landing pages and lead forms with CRO, pixels, and event tracking for accurate attribution.
  • · Manage social media presence, content calendars, community responses, and competitor benchmarking.
  • · Run segmented email campaigns and automated drip journeys for acquisition and nurturing.
  • · Conduct market and competitor research; monitor trends to inform channel mix and messaging.
  • · Set up GA4, define goals/events, and deliver dashboards and actionable reports to stakeholders.
  • · Ideate short‑form video content for Reels/TikTok/Shorts aligned to brand and performance goals.
  • · Execute B2B lead generation using prospecting tools (e.g., Apollo‑class platforms) and align handoff with sales.
  • · Prepare concise weekly/monthly reports with insights, risks, and next actions.

Requirements

  • · 4–5 years in digital marketing with strong B2B experience; multi‑market exposure with Gulf focus preferred.
  • · Advanced in Google Ads, GA4, social ads; proficient with email platforms, landing page builders, CRM, and marketing automation.
  • · Strong analytics, communication, and project management
  • · Bachelor’s in Marketing/Business; preferred certifications: Google Ads, Google Analytics, HubSpot, Meta, LinkedIn.

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads, GA4, Tag Manager, landing page builders, email marketing, and automation tools.
  • Strong analytical thinking and ability to make data-driven decisions.
  • Proven experience in agile project management and coordinating campaigns across multiple markets
