Overview

Perseptex is seeking a highly respected physician to serve as a Senior Medical Advisor in Oman. This role is ideal for a clinician with strong credibility, deep understanding of Oman's healthcare landscape, and a commitment to improving clinical efficiency and workforce capacity. The Senior Medical Advisor will support evidence-based evaluation of Perseptex’s technology, contribute to research or case studies, and represent Perseptex at clinical and academic events across Oman.

Responsibilities

Clinical & Scientific Insight

• Contribute to research initiatives, case studies, or clinical evaluations demonstrating the impact of Perseptex’s AI systems.
• Present findings or educational content at medical conferences, professional society events, and grand rounds within Oman.
• Communicate the clinical relevance and rigor of Perseptex’s solutions in an evidence-based, physician-centered manner.

Healthcare System Improvement

• Advise hospitals and clinics on opportunities to improve workflow efficiency, reduce administrative burden, and enhance staff capacity.
• Provide clinical insight into how AI-enabled tools can support care teams, improve quality indicators, and strengthen patient safety.
• Offer detailed understanding of local clinical practices, system priorities, and regulatory expectations in Oman’s healthcare sector.
• Experience collaborating with the Ministry of Health or similar national health authorities is strongly preferred.

Strategic Medical Advisory

• Guide Perseptex on Omani healthcare priorities, operational challenges, and the realities of delivering care across both public and private facilities.
• Support development of materials that accurately reflect Oman’s clinical environment and resonate with Omani clinicians.
• Ensure all clinical guidance aligns with ethical standards and evidence-based medical practice.

Qualifications

• Physician (MD/MBBS) with significant clinical experience and professional credibility in Oman.
• Experience serving on clinical advisory boards or providing medical consulting within Oman's healthcare system (preferred).
• Demonstrated involvement in clinical quality improvement, research, or health-system development.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, hospital operations, and Oman’s health regulatory framework.
• Native or near-native Arabic proficiency (required).
• Fluent English listening ability required; spoken English competency preferred but not required.
• Clear communicator able to engage clinicians, administrators, and healthcare leaders.
