Senior Medical Billing Company Manager (On-Site)

We are a growing medical billing company looking to hire an experienced Senior Medical Billing Manager who has strong hands-on knowledge of all departments of medical billing, including:

• Provider Credentialing & Enrollment
• Medical Billing & Coding
• RCM (Revenue Cycle Management)
• AR & Denials Management
• Payment Posting
• Client Communication & Issue Resolution

This is a leadership role for someone who can build processes, manage departments, handle provider concerns, and lead large teams effectively. Since we are a new but growing company, we are looking for someone who has the vision and experience to help us scale successfully.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all departments of the medical billing operation
• Oversee credentialing, billing, coding, and RCM workflows
• Handle escalated provider and client issues professionally
• Train, supervise, and manage large teams
• Improve processes to increase productivity and collections
• Coordinate with US clients and ensure compliance with payer requirements
• Support company growth and operational stability

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a medical billing company (mandatory)
• Strong working knowledge of the complete medical billing cycle
• Proven experience managing teams and departments
• Excellent English communication and leadership skills
• Ability to handle difficult clients and resolve complex provider issues
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Must be willing to work on-site in Rawalpindi (6th Road) during night shift
