Senior Medical Billing & DME Specialist / Team Lead (Onsite)

Are you an experienced Medical Billing professional with a strong background in DME (Durable Medical Equipment) billing and a proven track record of managing teams?

We are a rapidly growing, dynamic startup medical billing company working exclusively with US-based healthcare practices, providers, and medical groups. We are looking for a skilled Medical Billing & DME Billing Expert to join our onsite team in Rawalpindi. This role requires a professional who can successfully balance high-level client account management while leading, mentoring, and scaling our billing team.

What We Require (Candidate Requirements):

  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of solid, hands-on experience in US Medical Billing and Durable Medical Equipment (DME) billing (Strictly Required).
  • Account Management: Proven experience simultaneously managing multiple US-based healthcare clients or practices.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to manage, train, and handle a team of billing agents, ensuring KPIs and collection targets are met.
  • Technical Knowledge: Deep understanding of CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS coding, modifiers specific to DME, claim clearinghouses, and denial management.
  • Software Proficiency: Hands-on experience working with various US Practice Management (PM) and Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills for direct coordination with US providers and insurance representatives.
  • Availability: Ability to work full-time onsite at our Murree Road location, Monday through Friday.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and streamline the end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process, focusing heavily on DME and medical claims.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for multiple US clients, ensuring high satisfaction, regular updates, and clear reporting.
  • Supervise, manage, and distribute daily workloads to the billing team, tracking accuracy and operational performance.
  • Analyze complex claim rejections and denials, implementing strategic solutions to maximize insurance reimbursements.
  • Ensure strict adherence to HIPAA compliance guidelines and US healthcare regulations.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
