Eden Health Center is a leading multidisciplinary medical facility in Doha, Qatar, offering premium healthcare services across General Practice, Dermatology, OB-GYN, ENT, Ophthalmology, Orthopedics, and Physiotherapy. As part of our growth, we are seeking a Senior Medical Licensing Specialist to manage all licensing and compliance operations in line with Qatar’s Ministry of Public Health (MOPH) and Qatar Council for Healthcare Practitioners (QCHP) regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle QCHP licensing and registration for physicians, nurses, and allied health professionals.
• Coordinate with MOPH, QCHP, and other authorities for approvals, renewals, and facility licensing.
• Manage the licensing process for new doctors joining the center, including document verification, primary source verification (PSV), and dataflow.
• Ensure timely renewal of facility and professional licenses.
• Maintain accurate licensing records and monitor compliance with national health regulations.
• Prepare periodic reports for management and assist in audits and inspections.
• Advise management on any updates in healthcare licensing policies or procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in QCHP/MOPH medical licensing in Qatar (mandatory).
• Strong understanding of QCHP online systems and dataflow procedures.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English preferred).
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently with multiple deadlines.
