Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor junior doctors, ensuring clinical excellence and professional growth.
• Conduct patient assessments, diagnose illnesses, and develop treatment plans.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care.
• Implement and enforce hospital medical policies and clinical guidelines.
• Review and audit clinical cases to maintain high standards of practice.
• Participate in continuing medical education and training initiatives.
• Lead quality-improvement projects and ensure patient safety systems.
• Provide cover for administrative duties and act as clinical lead when required.

Skill & Experience

• Excellent diagnostic and clinical decision-making skills under pressure.
• Strong leadership and supervisory abilities with good team management.
• Effective communication skills with patients and medical colleagues.
• Good knowledge of healthcare regulations, guidelines, and hospital protocols.
