Senior Medical Sales Representative

1099 Sales Reps - Expand Your Existing Healthcare Sales Portfolio with 60,000+ SKUs

Total Mobility Solutions (TMS) partners with over 100 name brand healthcare and medical manufacturers and suppliers, giving independent sales reps access to over 60,000 SKUs across multiple healthcare categories.

We Are Seeking:

Seasoned 1099 independent sales professionals with 10-30 years of experience currently selling 3-10 product lines who are looking to increase their existing product portfolio.

No mandatory CRM tracking. Your relationships remain your relationships.

TMS is looking to onboard 1099 sales reps for multiple markets and territories. 1099 reps will receive protected market assignments within designated territories and healthcare verticals. Each rep receives access to the entirety of our catalog, enabling you to become the go-to source for your clients’ healthcare and medical supply needs.

This job is for you if you enjoy autonomy, managing your own relationships, and are comfortable managing a broad portfolio of product categories. You come with your own black book and you own those relationships - we are here to provide expanded product access and consistent customer service for both you and your clients.

This role is intended for experienced sales professionals actively maintaining their own book of business. We are not seeking entry-level candidates.

TMS supports sales partners by providing:

  • Access to 100+ healthcare and medical manufacturers and suppliers
  • Access to 60,000+ SKUs across multiple healthcare categories
  • Continuous expansion of supplier and product access
  • Catalog management, pricing maintenance, and SKU administration
  • Live pricing updates as supplier costs, tariffs, and manufacturer pricing change
  • Protected territory, market, and vertical management
  • Supplier relationship management
  • Manufacturer onboarding and contracting
  • Product sourcing support
  • Strategic sourcing assistance for difficult-to-find items
  • Product research assistance
  • Freight review and logistics quote support
  • Purchase order management
  • Supplier order placement and fulfillment coordination
  • Gross profit reconciliation and commission administration
  • Partner payment tracking and reporting
  • Live order, payment, and payout visibility
  • Sales support materials and manufacturer marketing collateral where available
  • Supplier, manufacturer, and tariff news updates
  • Product portfolio development and category expansion
  • Market-specific bundle development and solution packaging
  • Backend support for bid opportunities and sourcing requests
  • Partnership pricing negotiations as organizational volume grows
  • Access to future GPO pricing opportunities as TMS scales
  • Ongoing development of tools, systems, and operational resources designed to help sales partners close business more efficiently

TMS exists so sales partners can focus on building relationships, developing accounts, and generating revenue rather than managing suppliers, sourcing products, maintaining catalogs, coordinating fulfillment, or handling backend operational administration.

Because you are 1099 and come with your own book of business, you make your own schedule and we do not mandate meetings or dictate quotas - you will never be expected to spend your Sunday evening filling out CRM touchpoint reports while your family enjoys their weekend.

TMS is here for whatever support you need, but we are not asking you to change what you excel at.

Compensation:

  • 1099 independent contractor
  • Uncapped commissions
  • 50/50 gross profit split
  • Transparent payout structure
  • Payout within 72 hours of receipt of full client payment

We are currently not accepting applicants from CA, MA, NJ, NY, or IL.

This opportunity is only available to independent sales reps currently residing and actively selling in the United States and its territories.

Pay: $101,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year
