We're hiring a Senior Mendix Developer to join us on-site in Muscat and take real ownership of that mission.

What you'll do:

You'll architect and deliver end-to-end Mendix applications from concept to production — not just building microflows, but shaping how citizens experience digital government. You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with cross-functional teams, set the standard for clean and scalable engineering, and turn complex requirements into platforms people genuinely rely on.

What you bring:

- Mendix Advanced Certification, with a track record of shipping real enterprise applications

- Strong software-engineering foundations. OOP, Java actions, REST/OData integrations, and the CS fundamentals behind them

- The judgment to write code that scales and the discipline to keep it maintainable

- A Bachelor's or higher in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field

- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills, with the communication to work across a team

- Government or public-sector project experience is a strong plus

- Fluent English required; Arabic is a valuable advantage
